Téléo is an urban cable car and an innovative solution for ecological public transport: 100% electric, it is less polluting than the car, and 3 times faster to reach your destination.
With its 3 kilometres length, Téléo is the first of its type in France in an urban environment, connecting in only 10 minutes instead of 30 by car, the Oncopole to the Paul-Sabatier University via the CHU Rangueil. Téléo, the southern urban cable car is part of the Mobilités 2020-2025-2030 project which aims to meet the challenges of daily mobility today and tomorrow in the face of the attractiveness of the territory in an environmental approach. The desire is to change the behaviour of users over time by offering them sustainable modes of mobility: There will be 8,000 passengers per day, with a cabin every 1.30 minutes during peak hours
